Please let me know how the rest of you have been successful at cutting costs and staying within budget! I am so concerned that due to the economy, that I will not be able to have the wedding the way i want. I am not expecting 'the wedding of my dreams' but I would like a nice, classy, memorable event, that when others look they would never know I skimped and saved at every corner possible.

Cut costs by eliminating some of your flowers and replacing them w/ lots of little candles. Print your own invites/menus/etc Make your own place cards and favors Do a morning wedding and throw a brunch Through an early evening wedding and just provide hors d oeuvre’s and dessert Make your own centerpieces Rent a dress instead of buying one
